Welcome to My Practice!

Today you have taken a very courageous and empowering step towards healing. Whatever brought you to discover my page, know that I am very thankful and proud of the strategies you are already using as you seek help. My goal as your therapist is to assist you with realizing your inner strength as you uncover your true potential and calling in life. My approach involves utilizing methodologies and techniques to identify behavior patterns or views that may be preventing you from experiencing a meaningful life.

I have extensive experience providing specialized counseling services to, adolescents, families, and adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, relationship and parenting challenges, and anger management difficulties. I also counsel adults who have suffered a mild traumatic brain injury, and adolescents who have been diagnosed with Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, Oppositional Defiant Disorder, and Conduct Disorder.

I look forward to hearing how I can assist you through your current challenge by providing guidance and support towards your goals. Feel free to explore the website and contact me.
