Private Face to face Pricing 

$150 Initial Evaluation session for individuals and couples

Fees are payable at the time of your appointment by cash, debit, or credit card. Furthermore, you may prepay by me sending you an invoice or signing into your client portal.

Please check with your insurance company before the session as they may cover a portion of your bill, if not all (Inquire if you have a deductible or copay only).

Telephone or Teletherapy/Video Conference Sessions

Telephone or Video Conference sessions are available for those who are unavailable to come to my office. Teletherapy sessions are completed through my electronic health software called Theranest. Theranest is a secure HIPAA compliant video conferencing tool accessible through your laptop, mobile phone, or tablet. Please contact me to make arrangements. For new clients, I recommend at least a 60-minute session for initial evaluation.

• People who want total and complete privacy and confidentiality. 
• People who live in isolated areas are homebound or do not have access to therapy services.
• People who desire the convenience of receiving counseling in their home or office.
• People who want assurance that their therapist is highly skilled, compassionate, trained, and credentialed in psychotherapy art and science.
• People with depression, self-esteem, relationship problems, stress, grief, and loss, anxiety, agoraphobia, sexual issues, abuse, recovery from trauma, addiction, mental illness, life transition, or work difficulties.  

I promise to make every effort to provide the service you have requested in the timeliest manner possible in anticipation of technical and other life difficulties. If necessary, I will reschedule our session to a later date to ensure you receive the service you have paid for.

Participation in online counseling with me requires you to provide complete and accurate personal information so that I can contact you in the event of technical or other life difficulties. Any service request not fulfilled due to technical or other problems is eligible for a full refund. However, my maximum liability is limited to the fees paid by you for my services.

I will not be held liable for any damages that may be attributed to any third party, such as “Google merchant” or the company that hosts my website. Any person requesting my services agrees that I will not be held liable for any special, incidental, indirect, or consequential damages or loss arising from the use or inability to use any of the services I offer.

• You are seriously considering hurting yourself (suicide) or hurting someone else.
• If you are currently suicidal or afraid you may hurt someone else.
• You need to go to a local mental health hospital or facility immediately.

I require 24 hours notice for a cancelation of a session as this allows me to offer the appointment to another client who may be on a waiting list for an appointment. The total fee of $125 will be charged for non-attendance or less than 24 hours notice of cancelation.
